We understand that plans may change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our counseling sessions.
1. Session Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made before 24 hours are eligible for:
- Full refund
- OR session rescheduling (preferred option)
2. Late Cancellation / No-Show
If you cancel within 24 hours of the session or do not attend the session, the booking fee is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by the Counselor
If the counselor cancels or reschedules due to unforeseen reasons, clients will receive:
- A full refund
- OR an alternative session slot
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In emergencies or unavoidable situations, clients may request special consideration. Such cases will be reviewed individually.
